Of course, this blog is devoted to our jobs. It's all about how to find happiness, success, and contentment in the hard work we do in order to create the lives we want for ourselves. Here you will find short articles about office politics, finding the right career, and how to deal with difficult situations and work. This is a blog with your best interest at heart. We all need a little support when it comes to getting, keeping, and growing our careers.
This is for all of the small business owners, from the guy who makes furniture in his garage, to the restaurant that feeds the people in their corner of the world. I have a love for small and micro-businesses, and enjoy finding tips and innovative ways for the smaller guys to succeed in building their dreams. But don't get me wrong! If you work for a large corporation, you will likely come across lots of unique ideas that could be applicable to your department or company.
Here, the focus is on the home front. It is about finding a balance between all the other stuff you have to do and ways to enjoy the free time you have.
This is my online magazine. Since I was quite young, I always wanted to make some sort of magazine, and now is my chance. Nancy's Local Review is a magazine for everyone who lives within a hundred or so miles of Soap Lake, Ephrata, Moses Lake, or Coulee City Washington.
In this publication I will be writing about what it means to have deep roots in the Columbia Basin and other articles and "News" stories that would bring a smile to the face of a tourist, but would have a deeper meaning to those of us who live and work here in these parts.
Check it out... you'll be glad you did!
